Right now I feel that Sacramento is the shadiest place on earth (and it's not because Reggie Theus got fired, contrary to popular belief). Sure, pull money away from education, healthcare, and other social programs--they're not important anyway...

we just had a lunchtime talk yesterday on the state budget and transportation funding...and yes it did affirm the REPUBLICANS are whack!
